Hello Jana Uncle, I would like to share my life changing experience which started way back in March.I was admitted a week before my 10th standard board examinations because of aura migraine .I weakly managed to write my boards.My migraine issues were worsened with digestive issues which were prolonging for nearly seven months. I have taken four sessions of sound healing from Jana uncle.It helped me to overcome my depression, frustration and anger which had build up the month.It not only helped mentally but helped me with my digestive issues and migraine issues which were taking a troll over for a long time.Jana uncle's immense knowledge and will to share it has helped me grow into the spiritual sphere of life. I approached Jana a year back for teaching me Access Bars and since then I have not looked back. I am Pratik Motikar, a trained Sound healer from ‘Anahata Vruksh’ center for healing. I am into various healing modalities such as Reiki, Crystals, hypnotherapy etc. Here, I would like to share my experience of learning sound healing with Jana sir. In a two days workshop on sound healing, sir covered basic as well as advanced techniques of healing with sound. Very systematic in his approach, he ensured that the quality of each and everything that he provides; starting from the manual to the set of bowls is very authentic and best class. I got a very deep understanding of the craft of healing and it helped me heal myself on deeper levels and to help others move ahead in the journey. He gives attention to each student and makes it a point that all of us learn each and everything with perfection. Everything else also apart from teaching such as food and ambiance is given equal importance and the workshop left us healed and enlightened at the same time. I also attend frequent meditation sessions at ‘Anahata vruksha’.
